Martina joined PERIS team in 2020 as Head of Legal, HR and General Department managing all legal affairs related to company business and in charge among other things, for the preparation, negotiation and keeping records of all types of contracts from company’s business activity and drafting, analysing, and negotiating lease agreements. Martina provides legal advice related to company’s business operations.

Prior to joining Peris Llc, Martina worked as legal counsel in Colliers International Ltd for more than five years, where she was responsible for full range of in-house legal services.  Martina actively participated in drafting templates of lease agreements for shopping centre and office building projects, providing lease negotiation in lease projects for Shopping centre Lumini in Varaždin, Point shopping centre in Zagreb and Mepas Mall in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as for other retail and office spaces. During her work in Colliers, Martina has been engaged in the process of buying and selling residential real estates and drafting legal overview status for real estates within valuation and the best cost effectiveness study.

Martina worked three years as Senior Associate at the Legal Affairs Department of two insurance companies, with special focus on company lease portfolio. Martina was also member of two GDPR implementation teams and appointed Data Protection Officer for both companies. Martina actively participated in insurance companies’ M&A process with the new buyer.
