During last 20 years Nenad was managing processes on numerous Commercial Real Estate projects. He was responsible for meeting revenue targets, managing sales staff and supervising revenue and cash generating processes.

TRACK RECORD; Successfully realized Development of 25 Green field Commercial Real Estate projects with achieved average occupancy level of 97% with totally developed and open for public over 750,000 m² of GLA, GBA over 1.700,000 m². Total value of Exclusively managed Green Field projects from field to finished and opened for public, is over 800 Mio Eur.  Above 700.000 m² GLA of Commercial Real Estate properties was conceptually planned under inputs created by Nenad Peris.

Exclusively was representing CPI Property Group (Czech Republic), Immofinanz (Austria),  GTC (Poland), EELD (Norway), Bluehouse Capital (Greece), Gruppo Zamparini (Italy), Mepas Group (Bih), ZagrebMontaza (Croatia). Signing deals with Spar, Eurospin, Konzum, Plodine,  LPP Group,  H&M, Inditex, Muller, C&A, NY, Mango, LC Waikiki, CCC, Hervis, Boss, Deichmann and many others…

Over 2.000 Lease Agreements was negotiated and signed under Nenads’ management. Cooperated on concept development with biggest International architectural offices such is Laguarda. Low, HOK, Design International, Sonae Sierra, Chapman Taylor. Closely cooperated for several years with Speakman Design and Associates from Canada specialized in Tenant Mix development which consequently realised top-notch perspective for Nenads’ clients.
